Mobile access

Verdan is available on web today. Public App Store and Google Play listings are not available yet. If your rollout includes pilot mobile access, Verdan will coordinate installation directly with your team.

Use Verdan on the web today

• Open your organization login URL in your mobile browser
• Sign in with your Verdan credentials
• Use project QR codes or phone sign-in flows as instructed by your GC
• Allow camera access when you need QR scanning

Pilot mobile access

• Pilot mobile access is coordinated directly by Verdan
• Do not direct users to public app stores for Verdan downloads
• Verdan will share install steps, supported devices, and update instructions when pilot builds are available

First launch

After you receive pilot mobile access:

• Login — Enter your email and password
• Permissions — Grant camera access (required for QR scanning)
• Notifications — Allow push notifications (recommended)
• Tour — Brief walkthrough of key features

Updates

Verdan will provide pilot update instructions directly. Until public listings exist, do not expect App Store or Google Play update flows.

Troubleshooting access

Can't find the app?

• Public App Store and Google Play listings are not available yet
• Use the web experience today
• Contact Verdan or your GC admin if your team is part of a pilot mobile rollout

Won't install?

• Confirm that Verdan shared pilot access instructions for your team
• Check your internet connection
• Contact Verdan if the pilot build or install link is unavailable

Can't log in?

• Verify your email and password on the web first
• Check if your account has been deactivated
• Ensure you're using the correct organization URL
• Try "Forgot Password" to reset
