By accessing or using Verdan's construction workforce management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Verdan provides a cloud-based platform for construction workforce management, including but not limited to: worker sign-in/sign-out tracking, safety compliance management, daily log generation, insurance verification, and permit management.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms
