Creating your account

Getting started with Verdan takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to create your account and start managing your construction site.

Sign Up

• Visit [verdansafety.com](https://verdansafety.com) and click Request Demo or Sign Up
• Enter your work email address
• Choose a secure password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number)
• Enter your full name and company details
• Click Create Account

Verify Your Email

After signing up, you'll receive a verification email:

• Check your inbox for an email from Verdan
• Click the Verify Email button in the email
• If you don't see the email, check your spam folder
• You can request a new verification email from the login page

Complete Your Profile

Once verified, log in and complete your profile:

• Add your job title and phone number
• Upload a profile photo (optional)
• Set your notification preferences
• Review and accept the terms of service

Joining an Existing Organization

If your company already uses Verdan:

• Ask your administrator to send you an invite
• Click the invite link in your email
• Create your password
• Your role and permissions will be pre-configured

Troubleshooting

• Can't receive verification email? Contact support@verdansafety.com
• Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
• Account locked? Contact your organization administrator
