Switching between projects

Switching between projects

If you manage multiple job sites, Verdan makes it easy to switch between them and compare data.

Using the Project Selector

• Click the project name in the top navigation bar
• A dropdown shows all your assigned projects
• Click a project to switch to it
• All dashboard data updates to reflect the selected project

Project Search

If you have many projects:

• Type in the search field to filter projects
• Projects are searchable by name and address
• Recent projects appear at the top of the list

Multi-Project Views

Some sections support viewing data across all projects:

• Analytics — Compare metrics across projects
• Users — See all users regardless of project assignment
• Administration — Organization-wide settings

Project Status Indicators

In the project selector, each project shows:

• 🟢 Active — Currently in progress
• 🟡 Paused — Temporarily on hold
• ⚪ Archived — Completed or inactive

Setting a Default Project

• Go to Settings > Preferences
• Under "Default Project," select your most-used project
• This project will load automatically when you log in
